Todd Welton

COO/Founder - Head of Research and Programme Content

Todd started as an academic based in critical theory and policy where he focussed on EDI change. His work was shortlisted for ESRC funding in 2004 and he continued to teach until leaving tenure in 2014 from University of Leeds. He went to work in the Creative Industries and soon became senior leader in a group that serviced high net worth clients in Chelsea. He eventually came back to Staffordshire in 2016, his home county, and made investment to establish the centre and site.

Marcella started in Youth Services before going back to University to study Health Psychology within post graduate study where she forged primary interest in health behaviour change. She has served in the NHS for a number of years in outreach and community programmes where she has won prizes for Compassion.

Marcella started in Youth Services before going back to University to study Health Psychology within post graduate study where she forged primary interest in health behaviour change. She has served in the NHS for a number of years in outreach and community programmes where she won prize for her level of compassion shown to service users. Marcella left the NHS when Mental Health provision blended more heavily to app and online, preferring to instead work face to face with the clients.
